Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage our digital databases with precision. You will be responsible for the accurate input, verification, and maintenance of critical business records, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and company data into centralized database systems using various software applications.
- Review and correct data entry errors to maintain high-quality information standards and reporting accuracy.
- Transcribe information from physical documents, invoices, and spreadsheets into digital formats with speed and precision.
- Organize and maintain electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of sensitive information.
- Communicate regularly with team leads to discuss project milestones, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Perform routine audits of data entries to identify trends or potential security risks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in data processing is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, typing, or administrative support roles.
- Must possess a typing speed of 40+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy (95%+).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
