Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units (ICU, ER, Med-Surg)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive treatment plans
- Utilize advanced nursing technologies and electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and NC Board of Nursing standards
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in clinical training programs
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for NC licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- ACLS/BLS certifications with willingness to obtain additional credentials
