Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including medication administration and wound dressing
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures
- Develop individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
Qualifications
- Active LPN/LVN license in Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
