Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and progressive care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precise attention to safety protocols
- Document patient assessments and outcomes using our advanced EHR system
- Mentor junior nursing staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management procedures
- Advocate for patient rights and ensure cultural sensitivity in all interactions
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligible for immediate licensure
- BSN degree from accredited institution (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS or equivalent)
- Eligibility for U.S. visa sponsorship (H-1B or TN category)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced multicultural environments
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
