Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses for adverse effects.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop optimal treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication adherence.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations with appropriate interventions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or eligible for licensure endorsement.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required US Visa sponsorship documents.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner.
