Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in specialized units using advanced medical equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic health records and diagnostic monitoring systems for accurate documentation
- Maintain sterile environments and operate specialized medical devices per protocol
- Provide patient education and support using provided educational materials
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives using provided data analytics tools
Qualifications
- Valid RN license (or eligible for Texas licensure)
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or J-1 visa sponsorship
- Proficiency with EMR systems and medical equipment operation
- Strong communication skills in English
