Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under RN supervision including vital signs monitoring and medication administration
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Accurately document patient information in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Participate in ongoing skills training and competency assessments
- Support patient education and discharge planning processes
Qualifications
- Completion of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Eligible for Texas nursing license (or have application in progress)
- No prior experience required – we train new graduates!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must require visa sponsorship (H-1B, TN, or J-1 eligible)
- Pass background check and drug screening
