Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care utilizing evidence-based nursing practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient assessments and care outcomes in electronic health records
- Provide patient and family education on health management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for endorsement in Missouri)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS certification; ACLS preferred
- English language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL required for international applicants)
- Eligibility for TN-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship
