Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and facility standards
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition promptly
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning processes
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in shift handoffs and ensure comprehensive communication
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
