Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, changes in condition, and vital signs accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments according to strict medical protocols and physician orders.
- Assist in diagnostic procedures, wound care, and patient rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient charts.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and assist with triage as needed.
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license (or foreign nursing diploma) required.
- Eligibility to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam and willingness to obtain US licensure.
- Valid IELTS or TOEFL scores demonstrating English proficiency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients as required.
