Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through physical exams and medical history review.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic care.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and changes in medical condition accurately.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking skills.
