Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications according to established protocols.
- Clinical Excellence: Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and the wider healthcare team to coordinate optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations within the department.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and health maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Texas Board of Nursing.
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the US and willing to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, Green Card, etc.).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in medical technology.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
