Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status through comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic testing.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures according to established protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans proactively to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care services in medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to all infection control and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required for critical care roles.
- Eligibility for and willingness to undergo the Visa sponsorship process (H1B, O-1, or Green Card sponsorship available).
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
