Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality direct patient care and assessment to a diverse patient population in acute care settings.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with healthcare regulations and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities, vital signs, and changes in condition accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge instructions, and health maintenance.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by complying with procedures and safety rules.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- BSN preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; CNA or other specialty certifications preferred.
- Eligibility or willingness to undergo visa sponsorship processes (H1B, Green Card, etc.).
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a hospital setting is highly valued.
