Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- Valid BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
