Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care using advanced medical equipment and technology
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using our integrated EMR system
- Administer medications and treatments utilizing provided infusion pumps and monitoring devices
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

- Adhere to all OSHA and infection control protocols with provided PPE
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or eligible for endorsement
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Eligible for US visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B, or TN categories)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
