Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition to the attending physician immediately.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or equivalent foreign license (with required credentials evaluation).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Eligible for or willing to undergo Visa Sponsorship processes (H1B, O-1, etc.).
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
