Responsibilities
- Deliver expert patient care in oncology, hematology, or transplant units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex treatment plans
- Maintain electronic health records with precision and compliance
- Lead patient education and family support initiatives
- Participate in clinical research protocols and trials
- Mentor junior nursing staff and clinical interns
- Ensure strict adherence to JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- BSN or higher degree (MSN preferred)
- Active California RN license (or eligible)
- Minimum 2 years acute care oncology experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications (required) and OCN preferred
- Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills
- Eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship (foreign degree required)
