Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in medical-surgical units with 1:4 nurse-patient ratios
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations using ACLS protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety rounds
- Mentor new nurses during clinical rotations
Qualifications
- BSN degree from accredited institution (or equivalent international credentials)
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for NCLEX eligibility
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in medical-surgical setting
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100+)
- Successfully pass CGFNS/NCLEX readiness assessment
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to obtain NCLEX within 90 days of arrival
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
