Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care through hybrid in-person/telehealth nursing models
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using advanced telehealth platforms
- Monitor patient vitals and health metrics via remote monitoring systems
- Document patient records accurately in our digital health records system
- Participate in virtual case conferences and continuing education programs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and telehealth nursing standards
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff through virtual training sessions
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or equivalent international credential)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth platforms or remote patient monitoring systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid passport and eligibility for US visa sponsorship
- BSN or higher degree preferred
