Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and monitor patient vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and medical history.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses and care plans.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US (or foreign equivalent recognized by the KY Board of Nursing).
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted with relevant experience.
- Eligibility for or willingness to undergo Visa sponsorship (H1B, EB-3, etc.).
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
