Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and scheduling for weekend appointments
- Assist with clinical procedures under provider supervisionMaintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Handle patient inquiries and triage urgent calls
- Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies
- Administer basic diagnostic tests and treatments

Qualifications
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced settings
- Basic EHR system proficiency (Epic/Meditech experience)
- Ohio CPR/First Aid certification
