Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and care plans for weekend clinic operations
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Provide exceptional telehealth support to patients on weekends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient handoffs
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with weekend patient intake and triage procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend patient encounters
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical/administrative healthcare experience
- Strong proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania healthcare provider CPR certification
- Experience with weekend/holiday healthcare scheduling
- Knowledge of Philadelphia healthcare landscape preferred
