Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing, observing, and examining patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Document patient care services in medical records.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the United States (or equivalent).
- Willingness to undergo and pass the required paid training program.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- English proficiency for medical communication.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Compassionate bedside manner and teamwork abilities.
