Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver telehealth nursing services via secure digital platforms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or eligibility for endorsement
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications

- Strong communication skills in English (written/spoken)
