Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care using advanced medical equipment provided by our facility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care protocols as needed
- Train on new medical technologies and equipment upon onboarding
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the United States or eligible for immediate sponsorship
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Proficiency with medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, EHR systems)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
