Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical observations accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States or eligible to obtain
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing accepted
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Eligible for US work visa sponsorship (H1B, TN, or O1 categories)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
