Responsibilities
- Deliver primary care services to patients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with specialists
- Conduct health screenings and preventive care consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with multilingual documentation support
- Participate in community health outreach programs for underserved populations
- Mentor international medical graduates through our cultural immersion program
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to serve remote patients
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina or willingness to obtain
- MSN degree from accredited institution (foreign degrees evaluated)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience with multicultural patient populations
- English proficiency (C1 level) and basic knowledge of Spanish preferred
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and empathy
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
