Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and responses to treatment, alerting the medical team to any changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or eligibility to obtain).
- Passion for patient care and a strong commitment to professional ethics.
- Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship (CGFNS, IELTS, and NCLEX required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
