Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health management protocols
- Adhere to JCAHO standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred for leadership roles
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Eligible for TN, H-1B, or other work visa sponsorship
- BLS/CPR certification with ACLS preferred
- Proficiency in clinical documentation systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Commitment to cultural competency and patient advocacy
