Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care using advanced medical equipment including infusion pumps, telemetry monitors, and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and hospital protocols
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using provided equipment
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff
- Adhere to safety protocols for all medical equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in home country or eligible for Nevada license
- BSN degree (or equivalent international qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- English proficiency (IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Ability to operate advanced medical equipment
- Pass background and health screenings
- Visa sponsorship eligibility (J-1 or H-1B pathway)
