Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute care settings with emphasis on evidence-based practices
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document electronic health records accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and emergency response protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state nursing board regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in home country or eligible for US licensure via NCLEX
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care settings
- BSN degree or equivalent international nursing qualification
- English proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS scores required if applicable)
- Passing score on CGFNS/NCLEX exam preparation
- Certification in BLS and ACLS (or equivalent)
- Ability to obtain TN visa or other applicable work authorization
