Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and specialized departments
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining strict documentation standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to critical changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care strategies
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols and all DC nursing board regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state or internationally (visa sponsorship available)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent international credential
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (EHR)
- Commitment to continuous professional development
