Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and progress accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, healthcare management, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain strict infection control protocols and a clean, safe environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Eligibility for US Work Visa sponsorship (H1B, Green Card, or Transfer).
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
