Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with compassion and clinical excellence
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Provide patient and family education on health management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Nevada licensure)
- ACLS/BLS certification required (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year acute care nursing experience preferred
- Eligible for H-1B or TN visa sponsorship (no sponsorship experience required)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
