Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality remote nursing care via telehealth platforms
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with local Memphis providers for coordinated care
- Document patient encounters accurately in EHR systems
- Provide health education and coaching to patients
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for TN endorsement)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth certification preferred
- Strong computer literacy and internet reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be eligible for TN nursing license
- Willing to relocate to Memphis area
