Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and Telemetry
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and outcomes in EMR systems (Epic experience preferred)
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and state nursing regulations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Precept new nurses and contribute to clinical excellence programs
Qualifications
- BSN or higher nursing degree from accredited institution
- Active RN license in good standing (or eligible for Texas licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- English proficiency (minimum IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 100)
- Pass NCLEX-RN exam (or eligible to take)
- Documentation of clean background check and drug screening
