Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Document patient progress, medical history, and care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care.
- Respond effectively and calmly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) with significant relevant experience considered.
- Eligibility for US Visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or Green Card).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
