Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/critical care settings with evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in clinical status promptly
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) following HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or eligible for endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; ADN accepted with 2+ years experience
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in acute care setting
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications (or obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (EPIC experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship available)
