Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and response to treatment using advanced monitoring systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the United States or eligible to obtain through our sponsorship program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing accepted
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (new graduates welcome with sponsorship)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Epic/Cerner experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Eligibility for U.S. work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, or J1 pathways)
