Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document in EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans
- Educate patients/families on health management
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for Ohio licensure)
- BSN or associate degree in nursing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
