Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in specialized units (ER, ICU, Med-Surg)
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care plans
- Document patient records accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to nursing staff and students
Qualifications
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
