Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop, and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond immediately to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or compact state eligibility).
- Willingness to work with Visa Sponsorship (H1B, TN, or other applicable visas).
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Computer literacy and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
