Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs continuously.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to formulate individualized care plans.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and critical patient needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the US or valid NCLEX certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (Critical Care or ICU preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
- Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
