Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments and monitor patient vitals to ensure safety and well-being.
- Clinical Care: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to all hospital protocols.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Education: Educate patients and families on disease management, post-care instructions, and preventative health measures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in critical care situations.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States (or equivalent foreign credential verified).
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H1B Visa sponsorship or already possess a valid work visa.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
