Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by conducting physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor and record patient symptoms, changes in condition, and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care instructions.
- Perform triage and emergency response duties in high-volume clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S. or eligibility for licensure (CGFNS/NCLEX).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Valid Passport and IELTS/TOEFL scores demonstrating English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in fast-paced hospital environments.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity.
