Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Monitor patient vitals and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, ensuring proper documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control procedures.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred (New graduates welcome with sponsorship).
- Documentation: Proof of English language proficiency (TOEFL/IELTS) required for visa sponsorship applicants.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
