Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status, formulate individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor vital signs and respond immediately to changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (New Graduates with Visa eligibility considered).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Eligibility to work in the United States (we assist with visa processing).
