Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to a diverse population.
- Monitor patient health status, record vital signs, and report changes to physicians.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and administer first aid when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License in the US or eligibility to obtain licensure via the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
