Responsibilities
- Assess patient health needs, develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology for diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the U.S. or equivalent international qualification.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship (H1B, O-1, or other work visas).
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
